Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out through our Contact Form if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Goat rental for land clearing is a natural, cost-effective way to remove overgrown vegetation using grazing goats. Instead of using heavy machinery or chemicals, goats eat through invasive plants like kudzu, blackberry bushes, ivy, and tall grass.

We usually bring 5- 10 goats. Each goat consumes 2-5 lbs of brush per day, making them a highly efficient and natural brush-clearing solution.

Our team delivers the goats, sets up a temporary electric fence to contain them in the designated area, and lets them work until the job is complete—typically within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the size of the property and density of the vegetation.

We provide services throughout Coweta County, Heard County, Fayette County, Carroll County, and surrounding areas.

To get started, complete our Contact Form to discuss a quote. We will assess your property size, brush density, and overall scope of work. Within 3-5 business days, we’ll provide an estimate. Once accepted , we’ll schedule a start date for your goat grazing service.

The cost of renting goats for land clearing varies based on the size of the property, vegetation type, and duration of the project. Pricing is typically based on area size, time required, and terrain complexity. Contact us with details about your property, and we’ll provide a personalized quote tailored to your needs.

The grazing time depends on the size of the area and the density of vegetation. It can take a single day, up to a week, or even two weeks for larger or more overgrown spaces.

We need access to a power outlet and a nearby water source (faucet) to support the portable electric fence and provide water for the goats. If your property is in a remote area, let us know so we can discuss alternative solutions. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain a full water bucket. If you are unable to maintain water for the goats, additional fees will be added for our team to refill daily.

Yes! Goat grazing is safe, quiet, and chemical-free, making it a great option for families with children and pets. However, we recommend keeping pets away from the goats while they are working to ensure a smooth grazing process. Goats are friendly but should not be disturbed while they are focused on clearing vegetation.

Our goats can handle most common Georgia overgrowth, including:

  • Blackberries
  • English Ivy
  • Tall grass
  • Kudzu
  • Poison oak and poison ivy

If you have specific vegetation concerns, let us know in the contact form.

Goats are not picky eaters, so if there are plants, flowers, or trees you want to protect, we recommend fencing them off before the goats arrive. Our team will set up temporary fencing to guide the goats toward the areas that need clearing and away from anything you want to keep intact. If you have specific concerns, let us know in advance, and we can help create a grazing plan that protects your preferred landscaping.
